1. What we collect
Your name and email; your answers to profile questions; what you say to the guide, typed or spoken; the work you do in trials and your ratings; and, once payments open, purchase records from our payment processor. We never receive your card number.
2. How we use it
We use your information to score your profile, suggest careers, run your trials, and write your reports. We also count requests per account to keep the service within its usage limits.
3. Voice and AI providers
Supabase stores your account and data and sends sign in emails. Vercel hosts the app. OpenRouter routes the guide, coworker and report requests to the DeepSeek V3 model, which receives the text needed to write each reply. When you use voice, Deepgram converts your audio to text and ElevenLabs turns the guide's replies into speech; we don't keep the recordings. Each provider handles data under its own terms.
4. What we never do
We never sell your personal information. We never share your results with employers, schools, or recruiters unless you choose to share them yourself.
5. Your controls
You can download a copy of your data or delete your account and everything in it from Settings. Deleting is permanent and immediate. Reports are private unless you create a share link, which shows the report without your name or email and can be turned off anytime.
6. How long we keep it
We keep your data while your account exists. When you delete your account, your data is removed from our database right away. Purchase records, once payments open, are kept as long as the law requires.
