Draft: needs review by a lawyer before launch

Terms and conditions

Effective October 19, 2026. Each section starts with a plain summary; the full text below it is what counts.

1. What this service is

In short: we help you explore careers through a profile and practice trials. We don't promise a job or a perfect match.

Firstday is operated by Aerolune LLC (“we”, “us”). The service offers a profile based on published assessment instruments, career suggestions, simulated work trials, and summaries of public information about careers. Results are a starting point for your own decisions.

2. Not professional advice

In short: this is not career counseling, therapy, or financial advice.

Nothing in the service is a diagnosis, a psychological assessment by a licensed professional, or career, legal, or financial advice. Pay and job growth figures come from public U.S. government data and may not match your area or situation. Talk to a qualified professional before making major decisions.

3. Your account

In short: keep your sign in link private and give us accurate info.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the service. You're responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

4. Payments and refunds

In short: one time payments, nothing renews, and a 7 day refund if your first paid trial wasn't useful.

Payments are not open yet. When they open, paid plans will be one time purchases handled by a payment processor. The Explorer Pass lasts 30 days from purchase. A single career unlock does not expire. You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase if you found your first paid trial not useful. We do not store your card details.

5. Your data and privacy

In short: your answers are private, never sold, and you can download or delete them anytime.

We store your profile answers, conversations, trial work, and ratings to provide the service. Voice is converted to text by our speech providers to run the conversation. We never sell your data. You can download or delete everything from Settings. Full details are in our Privacy policy at /privacy.

6. AI and roleplay

In short: the guide and the coworkers in trials are AI. They can be wrong, and the scenarios are fictional.

Conversations and trial characters are generated by AI models. Characters, companies, and situations in trials are fictional and designed to feel realistic, including pressure and disagreement. You can step out of any scene at any time. AI output may contain mistakes; check important facts.

7. Acceptable use

In short: use it for yourself, respectfully, and don't try to break it.

Don't misuse the service, attempt to extract our trial content at scale, resell access, or use it to harass anyone. Trial content and designs remain our property; your answers and written work remain yours.

8. Changes and contact

In short: we'll tell you before terms change in a way that matters.

We may update these terms and will notify you by email for material changes. Questions: aerolune@protonmail.com.
